                           2010 Western PA Firemen's Convention was held @ Apollo, PA

          Everyone had a Blast, thanks for supporting, Congradulations Apollo VFD for hosting.

 

                 Glassport E-161 recieved A Heavy Engine (1250 GPM ^) Plaque for the Parade.

 

            We would like to thank everyone who sponsored and attended 2010 firemen's fair.

                                          It is greatly appreciated, we had a great turnout.

 

Sept. 11th, 2010. Glassport #1 VFD is holding a Corn Roast

Where: Glassport #1 VFD along Allegheny Ave.

Time: 12 noon till 8pm w/ DJ, Games, Rides.

Station 161 was alerted for a tree down across a vheicle and the roadway in the 200 Blk. of Hemlock Way. E-161 responded, units cut-removed tree and cleaned access throughtout the alley with p.d. units. Units were onscene approx. 40 mins. before clearing....
